Users are granted a multiple use license for each theme provided by the Elegantthemes.com membership under the condition that the user is in ownership of each website in which the theme is being used on. Under no circumstance can a user resell or redistribute my themes, modified or unmodified, to another person, nor can a user place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium for distribution.

Themes are supplied to each paying user for personal use only. You may not offer any of my products, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind. If you are not in direct ownership of a website, you may not install my themes in that location. You shall not place any of my products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium. If you own a wordpress blog hosting website, you may not allow your users access to our themes, even if they are hosted under your domain. If you are a web designer, you may not use our themes to develop websites for your clients unless you have purchased an additional membership for each new client.

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of my products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Nicholas Roach. My products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall my juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

I do not issue refunds after the subscription purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at my site.

My products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. I do not guarantee that themes will work in all browsers, nor do I guarantee that my themes will be functional with all versions of Wordpress. I do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugins, scripts, or applications.

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to my products to fit your specific needs, however, you may not redistribute or re-release my themes, even after modifications have been made, as GPL/GNU or under any license whatsoever. You may remove my credit links under the understanding that all themes downloaded are still copyright of Nicholas Roach, and that all plugins utilized must retain their respective licenses.
